Ordering policy

Orders for all parts may be placed by calling the parts department at (989) 354-4154 or 1-800-489-2550, by email to [email protected], fax (989)-356-3069 or by your established account on our website https://www.mcinerneychrysler.com.

Pricing Policy

Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notification due to unforeseen manufacturers price increases or decreases. Quotes are valid for 30 days on in-stock parts. Quotes on parts not in-stock are estimates only and are subject to change.

Expedited or alternate source items are subject to additional shipping fees.

Refund/Return Policy

We reserve the right to review all requests for return and/or exchanges.

No refunds or exchanges on any item will be accepted after 30 days of delivery.

Return of items ordered in error by customer may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Stock Items/Returnable Parts

We reserve the right to enforce an “All Sales are Final” policy on stock items. Please contact the parts department for a RA. Stock items that are authorized to be returned must be in the original packaging and you must have a copy of the original invoice. Parts will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Program items will be subject to above policy.

Special Order/Non-Stocking Parts

We reserve the right to enforce an “All Sales are Final” policy on special order non-stocking items with no cancellations or exchanges. Please contact the parts department for an RA. When you place an order for a non-stocking part “special order” that has an estimated ship date at some point in the future, we immediately place an order with the manufacturer for your part(s). Once we place that special order, it may be difficult or impossible for us to cancel our order with the manufacturer. Special ordered parts may incur a 20% return fee. Program items will be subject to above policy.

******Some Special Ordered parts, Electrical parts and Performance parts are non-returnable.

Due to preceding manufacturer return policies, we cannot accept returns on these items:

Electrical parts

Color-coded parts

Keys or locks

Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.

Damaged Items

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will accept the return provided it is unused, in original box/package, is in like new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. Products being returned must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition. This means that the products should not have been modified, altered, or damaged as a result of attempted installation or usage.  Products being returned must also come with all accessories and original packaging.

Core Credits

To receive credit for the core charge, the part must be returned in the original box, must be the original OEM part, and no external damage to the housing/part. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.
